We have been providing notary public service since 1998. Marla became a Certified Notary Signing Agent qualifying her to handle home purchase and refinance loan signings. Her training and testing required becoming familiar with all forms used for these loans. Accordingly, Marla will see that the loan documents are properly signed insuring the loan will proceed and fund in a timely manner.

Our normal hours are 9:00 am to 9:00 pm Monday through Friday and 9:00 am to 2:00 pm Saturdays. Exceptions are negotiable.

Capabilities
We can accept and send documents via overnight services, e-mail or fax. We use a plain paper HP laser printer that also has copy/fax/scan capabilities. It uses both letter and legal size paper.
We have a complete home office that is available for holding signings at any time other facilities are not available.

We have recently added resume preparation to our services offered. We will prepare a resume that will get you that job you have always wanted.
Another service we have added is video transfer from VHS tape to DVD format. Bring us those home movies that take up so much space and we will transfer them to DVD's.
